Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026.

This policy explains what data is and is not handled when you use oatlab.com and when you engage Oatlab for consulting. The controller is Oatlab ("we", "us"). Contact: robert@oatlab.com.

1. What we receive when you contact or engage us

• If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it to answer you and to do the work you asked for.
• If you engage us, we keep the correspondence, agreements, and records needed to deliver the work and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

2. Bronco does not send us your work

Bronco runs on your device. The models, the tools, and the files you work on stay on your Mac. It requires no account and contains no telemetry and no usage reporting. Your prompts, files, Programs, and results are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

3. The site

The site is static. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics, and does not run advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard access logs, which can include an IP address, for security and operations. We do not use those logs to build profiles and we do not sell them.

4. Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the business, such as our email provider, and only as needed for those purposes. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence and engagement records only as long as needed to do the work, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Access logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for a short operational period.

6. Your choices

You can email robert@oatlab.com to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the limited personal data we hold. Because Bronco keeps your work on your machine, the strongest protection for that work is your Mac's own security and your backups.

8. Children

The site and our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
